Why this framework/library/software/resource is awesome?
This PR proposes a new section called VUI for Voice User Interface technologies related to Amazon Echo, Apple Siri, Google Home, and the like.
This PR also proposes adding Flask-Ask to that section. Flask-Ask is a framework for developing Alexa Skills on the Amazon Echo.
