There are other machine learning frameworks built on top of Theano that could interest you, such as: Blocks, Keras and Lasagne.- As a full time DS practitioner it's my personal professional opinion that this library should not be recommended and the functionality has been completely replaced by more recent and active projects like Keras, pytorch, and many others.
