Due to changes in the way fish handles variable lookup the fish autojump integration stopped working with fish version 2.3. By exporting the needed variables globally it works also with fish 2.3.

It looks like pip 8.x has dropped support for Python 3.2 and is causing test build problems. Since Python 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5 are supported I don't see any issues with dropping 3.2 test coverage although it will probably still work.
