zsh install: only one line needs to be added to .zshrc now

Merged William Ting requested to merge github/fork/wting/zsh-install-refactor into master

Moved local installation check to autojump.zsh which appends paths and fpaths if necessary so that only one line needs to be added to .zshrc.
