Cook's Distance Docstrings Update:
My apologize, I forgot to fix the Docstrings for the dev branch update after significant changes made from the very first commit and push request. Without it being updated it would confuse the user about the input parameters. I see in the documentation for Cook's Distance which took the input parameters from the Docstrings is also incorrect.
The Docstrings have been now been rectified.
